Corentera Capital has established a governance framework comprising a Board of Directors and a proposed authorised management function, as reflected in its CSSF authorisation application. The proposed authorised management consists of three senior executives who will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the regulated business, subject to CSSF approval.

Corentera Capital has applied to the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) for authorisation as an investment firm under the Law of 5 April 1993 on the financial sector, as amended. The authorisation has not yet been granted.

Until it is, Corentera Capital does not provide investment services requiring such authorisation, does not provide portfolio management or investment advice, and nothing on this website constitutes an offer to do so.
